The Tekshoi Journalism Course is a free, five-module online course available on the Ostad online learning platform. The course is designed to help journalists report with greater depth and responsibility, and to distinguish truth from misinformation. It is an initiative of the Sustainable Media Collaboration project, which is funded by the European Union in partnership with Free Press Unlimited and Article Nineteen.The curriculum covers five key themes:Ethical Journalism and Fact-Checking: Tools to combat misinformation.Geopolitics: For understanding how to report on regional and global political contexts.Climate Change Reporting.Advanced Storytelling.Fact-Checking and Combating Misinformation.The course includes 28 pre-recorded videos, study materials, and assessments. Content support was provided by Factwatch BD and ULAB, while Ostad Limited provided the technical support.
