The TekSHOI Leadership Programme is a part of the TekSHOI Innovation Convening Lab. A lab created out of the necessity to sustain the local organisations involved in humanitarian efforts by creating an interactive ecosystem. The TekSHOI Leadership Programme focuses on bringing like minded organisational leaders together to enhance their capacity in four key areas of Leadership, Institutionalisation, Fundraising and Advocacy. Within these four key areas there are priority points which will be conveyed and worked on among the participants of the cohort in three Bootcamps throughout the programme's timeline. The Bootcamps will enhance leaders to develop a vision, strategy & roadmap for their organisation to achieve the wider TekSHOI Cox’s Bazar vision. The TLP participants would present their organisational roadmaps to a distinguished jury panel, which would include representatives from the humanitarian and development sector in Cox's Bazar in the cohort ending ceremony.

TekSHOI Leadership Programme Modules
Module 1 : Leadership
Builds crisis leadership skills – analysis, planning, adaptability, negotiation, and change management.
Module 2 : Institutionalisation
Strengthens organisational systems – gender inclusion, staff motivation, knowledge sharing, fundraising, budgeting, MEAL, and policy governance.
Module 3 : Fundraising
Covers donor mapping, grant cycles, resource mobilisation, and proposal writing to secure project funding.
Module 4 : Advocacy
Focuses on advocacy, networking, storytelling, strategic communication, and branding to drive change.
